Free Download: How to Set Intentional Goals (That Don't Suck!)

Growth doesn’t happen by accident. It is the result of intentional effort and consistent progress. You must define your vision for the future, then establish a concrete plan to get you there. There are three types of goals that can help you make progress towards your dreams: Step, Sprint, and Stretch.

Each of these goals nest within one another. Step goals help you accomplish your sprint goals, and sprint goals help you accomplish your stretch goals. You should always be working towards at least one stretch goal and it’s best if you have stretch goals in multiple areas of your life:

1. business/work (developing skills or context for your work)
2. mental (developing your intellectual capacity and ability to process complex information)
3. relational (cultivating and growing your relationships)
4. personal/spiritual (physical health, emotional growth self-awareness or personal skill development)
Try to come up with at least three stretch goals in each category. Think about what you want your life to look like one, three or five years in the future.

Use this workbook to help you set S.M.A.R.T. goals, map your future, and design your most inspiring daily routine.
